Reader's Theatre
Mission Statement
The Encinitas Theatre Consortium was founded in 2008, to enrich, educate and entertain the Community of Encinitas through the development and presentation of the performing arts. ETC’s aim is to promote professional theatre opportunities to actors and arts, provide hands on training to children and adults and to partner with other theatre and performing arts disciplines. The Readers Theatre has had three readings held in the Community Room of the new Encinitas Library, 540 Cornish Drive, Encinitas CA 92024.

A play about the sandwich generation. Keefe gets “the works” in her meal and isn’t shy when complaining about it. Drawing on the diaries her father kept for 63 years and numerous family letters, Keefe weaves generational perspectives onto real life events.
